		<description>D”
I really hate cell phones because they are not designed for people with any kind of hearing problems, but after a couple of breakdowns of my car in bad weather I broke down and bought one.
I was advised, by my daughter in law,she has one, to go the Vergin Mobile route and reccomended the Oyster model which is also a speaker phone and works well for me. That model was very populiar and it took me several weeks to find one in stock. Also VM uses the towers that are best for my location in Asharoken which is at sea level. I bought the starter package, which was about $27, at the local Radio Shack. I know the manager well and they always try to please me. They activated the account right at the cash register and I was off on my way.
I use it very seldom but it has never failed me. All it costs is $20 every three months and your unused minutes roll over. Every once in a while they have a special for about $60 which keeps you active for a year and adds lots of minutes.
I’d reccomend it for any foreigners who come to the US once or often.
Hope on your next trip you can visit here. The last storm washed in a lot of sand covering all the the rocks and the beach is better than it ever was.
Sincerely.
