I wish that they would enforce that "One Carry On Bag" rule in the USA. I went to Phoenix recently.Flying out of Austin was not bad! Coming back from Phoenix was almost a nightmare! I had a small briefcase so I had no problem! But almost every adult was carrying two pieces and tried to put them in the over head storage bins. The flight crew finally had to tell everyone who couldn't find space in the bins to put them under their seats. So that we could depart. Of course this meant that some passengers had some thing in an over head bin at the rear of the plane and were sitting at the front of the plane. Really slowed up getting off of the plane.
